Seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional services for K-8 students in a supportive school environment on a contract basis. This opportunity is located near Quincy, MA, and runs from August 2026 through June 2027, offering a dynamic and rewarding position working three days a week, 20-30 hours weekly.
Preferred candidates will bring experience in school-based, home health, and healthcare occupational therapy settings, and possess current OT credentials in Massachusetts. If you are dedicated to helping children succeed academically and functionally, this role will allow you to make a meaningful difference each week.
Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Massachusetts required
- Experience in schools, healthcare, or pediatric home health settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated expertise supporting students in K-8 populations
- Compassionate, collaborative, and flexible approach to therapy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to K-8 students in accordance with IEPs and school goals
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and families to support student development
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
