Maintenance Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Hands-On Role)
Direct Hire | $53K–$55K+ (Based on Experience)
Climate-Controlled Facility | Overtime as Needed

Are you a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor with strong electrical and mechanical skills?
We’re seeking a motivated Multicraft Maintenance Technician Supervisor to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, troubleshooting complex equipment, and keeping operations running smoothly in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient plant operations.
• Supervise a team of maintenance technicians while also performing hands-on repairs and troubleshooting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and equipment records.
• Investigate machine downtime and implement root-cause corrective actions.
• Conduct monthly safety inspections and promote a culture of safety and cleanliness.
• Monitor and manage parts inventory and storeroom supplies.
• Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all work aligns with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and delegate effectively while remaining hands-on.
• Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.
• Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as needed.
