About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Campaigns and Donor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the strategic planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, as well as fostering and maintaining relationships with donors. Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include developing and implementing comprehensive campaign strategies, overseeing the identification, cultivation, and solicitation of major gifts, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure that fundraising efforts align with the institution's goals. The role also involves managing a team of advancement professionals, providing guidance and support, and representing the institution at various events and functions. The candidate should be a dynamic leader with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the philanthropic landscape, and a passion for the mission of the institution. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred, along with a minimum of 7 years' experience in fundraising and donor relations.
