Must be able to make sushi and sashimi dishes according to company recipes

Must have a great entertaining personality to meet, greet and chat with sushi guests

Must be able to follow instructions from our Senior Chief Sushi Chef

Must be able to clean fish from whole

Must keep working area in a clean, neat and organized manner

Must follow all North Carolina Sanitation laws

Being Serv Safe Certified would be a Plus

Must have knowledge Japanese culture and sushi origins

Must be creative in sushi presentation

Must have minimum one full year of sushi making experience

Hourly salary can be negotiated for a candidate with more than 6 years of sushi making experience

Open until 9:00 pm weekdays and 9:30 weekends. No late nights

18% gratuity automatically included on parties of 6 or more

We are willing to train if you have the aptitude

Hourly wage is based solely on experience, creativity, and expertise
