You Are: Management Consulting Manager professionals will be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in the Industrial Transportation & Logistics sector and will possess one or multiple of the following areas of expertise — Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI — to play a pivotal role in addressing industry requirements. This experience will enable you to provide strategic advice, implement solutions, and optimize business processes for clients in the Industrial sector. Management Consulting professionals should be able to: Demonstrate a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and leading functional practices. Formulate solutions for complex problems using a fact-based, hypothesis-driven approach. Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and program plans. Possess a bias for action and a sense of urgency while maintaining a process-oriented approach and sound business judgment. Here’s What You Need: Minimum of 5 years experience in Consulting in the Industrial sector to include but not limited to: Aftermarket, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Freight and Logistics, Data/AI. Problem solving, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results to all organization levels People development and team building skills Industry Expertise: Freight, logistics, or supply chain network background Rail, trucking, parcel, or last-mile familiarity Shipper-carrier-3PL relationship dynamics Strategy & Methodology: Network design, modal optimization, or capacity strategy Growth strategy for logistics providers or infra operators Quantitative modeling (margin, volume, cost structures) Digital/AI: Route optimization, demand forecasting, visibility platforms Logistics tech landscape (TMS, WMS, control towers) Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
