Registered Nurse GYN Emergency Department

Role Overview This position involves assessing and performing obstetrical evaluations and testing on pregnant patients with pregnancy and non‑pregnancy complaints. The nurse triages patient concerns, communicates findings to providers, and facilitates complete workups, ensuring proper throughput to discharge, admission, or home. Additionally, the role includes providing discharge education tailored to pregnancy‑related concerns and planning further treatment as needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct obstetrical assessments, triage complaints, collaborate with healthcare providers, facilitate patient throughput, and deliver discharge instructions. Qualifications & Skills Must be a registered nurse with current licensure, with certifications in BLS, Advanced Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support. Experience in RN Labor and Delivery is preferred. Certification in The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program is a plus.
