Registered Nurse - Float Pool OR

Role Overview Join a dynamic Operating Room Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing expert clinical support across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities Patient Advocacy: Act as the primary voice for patients, monitoring and communicating their condition to ensure safe transitions and optimal care. Safety & Precision: Maintain sterile fields, oversee patient positioning, and manage equipment and supplies with accuracy throughout surgical procedures. OR Operations Coordination: Lead room preparation, ensuring technology and supplies are ready for seamless surgeries, and anticipate the needs of the surgical team. Qualifications & Skills Licensure & Certifications: Valid RN license, BLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained prior to employment. Education: Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent professional licensure. Preferred Experience: Flexibility, availability, and experience with specialties like Spine, Joints, Cardiac, Robotics, or GYN are advantageous.
