About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Mortgage Director to provide strategic leadership and direction for its mortgage department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the production, profitability, and operational performance of the mortgage portfolio, as well as the development of strategic plans that align with the organization's overall goals. This role involves managing and supervising the mortgage department, fostering a collaborative team culture, and ensuring strong adherence to regulatory requirements. The VP, Mortgage Director will also be tasked with driving mortgage production through strategic initiatives, overseeing marketing strategies, and maintaining the quality and performance of the mortgage portfolio. Applicants for the VP, Mortgage Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of mortgage sales experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
