Senior Human Resources Manager

The Site Human Resources Manager will lead the full scope of HR functions for Virbac’s Industrial Operations organization at the Bridgeton, MO plant, overseeing more than 250 employees across multiple shifts and two locations. Roles and Responsibilities Provide leadership and expertise for all HR functions including employee relations, compensation, engagement, training, and communication for professional and production staff. Lead recruiting and selection, ensuring staffing levels meet customer demand while sourcing diverse talent. Manage the annual performance review process, mid‑year coaching, salary planning, and development plans for professional staff. Design and implement compensation and recognition programs; own local employee benefits communication, open enrollment, and engagement events. Maintain employee relations and ensure policies comply with the CBA; conduct investigations, administer grievance procedures, and assist with contract negotiations. Facilitate organization‑wide communications through pulse surveys, town halls, and roundtables to gather employee feedback. Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives in HR practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a unionized environment. Experience in employee relations, contract administration, arbitration, EEO/AAP compliance, and litigation. Proficiency with HR digital suites such as Workday, HRLY, Kronos, ADP, and Workforce Manager/Now.
