You will own product strategy for cutting-edge capabilities spanning autonomous planning, multi-objective optimization, transportation and network intelligence, inventory and production optimization, decision automation, and agentic AI. Working alongside AI scientists, product engineers, forward-deployed teams, and industry leaders, you will translate complex real-world challenges into scalable AI products that continuously reason, replan, optimize, and act transforming how the world’s most complex supply chains and logistics networks operate.What You'll Work OnDefine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Avathon’s supply chain & operations portfolioDefine product requirements, user journeys, APIs, workflows, agents, and success metricsWork directly with customers and industry experts to understand operational challenges, validate product concepts, and prioritize product capabilitiesTranslate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, workflows, user stories, KPIs, and acceptance criteriaTrack industry trends, competitive offerings, customer priorities, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunitiesDefine and monitor product KPIs and use customer and performance data to continuously improve the product.Demonstrate new products to customers, partners, and executivesWork with applied science, Product and Forward-Deployed Engineering teams to take products from idea prototype deployment scalePartner with Forward Deployed Engineering to turn successful customer deployments into repeatable platform and product capabilitiesWhat We’re Looking For:MBA required from top-tier universities with a globally recognized supply chain, logistics and operations program4+ years of relevant experience in product management, supply chain strategy, operations, or management consultingStrong understanding of supply chain planning and operational processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory, logistics and manufacturingExperience defining and deploying products incorporating AI, machine learning, optimization, or advanced analytics preferredStrong ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirementsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsExperience working directly with enterprise customers and senior business stakeholdersStrong understanding of industrial and B2B operating environments preferredAbility to operate with significant ownership in a fast-moving technology companyWhat You'll LearnWithin your first few years at Avathon, our goal is for you to develop an unusually powerful combination of skills: Deep technical fluency in AI, exceptional product judgment, understanding of complex industrial systems, and the ability to take ambiguous problems from zero to production.
