This role involves working nights in a fast-paced environment. The typical patient ratio is 4-6 patients per nurse. The unit is equipped with standard nursing equipment for telemetry. Medical records are maintained using electronic medical records (EMR). Responsibilities include caring for both medical and telemetry patients. Experience with tracheostomies, ventilators, and intravenous drips is required. Weekend hours may be needed based on unit demands. Float requirements apply as necessary. Candidates should be motivated and ready to collaborate with the healthcare team. Dress code consists of black scrubs with no unacceptable attire.
