Base Pay Range: $152,000 - $190,000 Other Compensation: Incentive CompensationWhat You Will Work On: Lead client delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution of technology transformation programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Advise on IT strategy and operating models, shaping modernization roadmaps across infrastructure, applications, and digital platforms. Drive and expand senior-level client relationships; serve as a key contact for Data, Analytics & AI initiatives and partner with account teams to grow the practice. Oversee major programs including cloud migration, technology rationalization, and advanced analytics enablement for leading organizations. Develop thought leadership and methodologies that position RGP as a leader in digital transformation and technology advisory. Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning within the consulting team. Partner with practice leadership to innovate, build internal capability, and support strategic growth initiatives, including business development and talent acquisition.What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years in consulting and/or senior roles within financial services or technology-enabled environments. Experience in technology strategy and digital transformation, IT operations, cloud, and data platform modernization, and advanced analytics and AI enablement. Proven track record of leading complex, multi-workstream engagements and delivering client impact across geographies. Ability to engage senior executives and articulate technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Deep understanding of financial services technology domains such as capital markets, commercial and retail banking, and payments. Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, distributed teams and fostering collaboration and innovation.
