Job Title: Production Operator

Location: ST JOSEPH, MO

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour, W 2

Summary:

Duration: 2+ Month Contract
Shift: Sun - Thurs - 2nd Shift, 10pm - 6:30am (8 hr shift w/ 30 min lunch break)
Work Mode: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Operate machinery or processes following a prescribed routine.
Make necessary adjustments to processes or machinery as directed.
Record and report production numbers accurately.
Operate various manufacturing equipment including Packer, Palletizer, Forklift, Mixer, and Pellet Mill.

Requirements :

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Wear proper PPE including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Effective communication skills in one-on-one and group situations.
Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
Excellent punctuality and strong attention to detail.
Basic math skills.
Knowledge and compliance with all safety guidelines.

Preferred Skills:

GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
Solid communication and great interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and strong attention to detail.
