Client Care Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Client Care Coordinator to join our real estate team. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming files and contracts, ensuring smooth communication and coordination throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for new files and contracts as they come in Perform data entry, inputting contracts into our system accurately and efficiently Reach out to clients and agents to assist with file-related needs Track title work, order title searches, and coordinate with title companies as searches come in Maintain organized, up-to-date records throughout each transaction Qualifications: Prior knowledge of or experience in the real estate business is preferred, but prior experience in this specific role is not required Comfortable learning and using new technology and software platforms Experience with Qualia is a plus, but not required — training will be provided Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage several files simultaneously About the Role: This position is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to grow their knowledge of the real estate transaction process. #J-18808-Ljbffr Thompson Law Group, PLLC.
