If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out. The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Norton Shores seeking Production Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality. Supervise and train production line staff, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or workflow as needed to meet targets. Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control standards. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and production issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve interdepartmental issues. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a production team to achieve targets. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Demonstrated experience with production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other production software. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
