About the Role: The Program Consultant will provide analytical, operational, and programmatic support to enhance program performance and organizational effectiveness. This role leverages industry experience to support cross-functional initiatives, improve data-driven decision-making, and increase efficiency across programs. Analyze program data, performance metrics, and operational trends to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Support planning, coordination, and execution of agency initiatives and projects. Collaborate with program offices, support planning, coordination, and stakeholders across functional areas. Assist with business process improvements, digital transformation, and modernization efforts. Develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on data analysis. Ensure compliance with agency standards, federal policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor program performance and support continuous improvement efforts. Required Professional Skills: Experience supporting or leading cross-functional programs or initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with program performance management and operational processes. Preferred Professional Skills: Experience in government or public sector environments. Knowledge of federal policies, compliance requirements, or regulatory frameworks. Experience supporting transformation or modernization initiatives. Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
