This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced supply chain environment. Schedule: Hybrid (3‑4 days in office/week) What You’ll Do In this role you will own end‑to‑end supply planning for finished goods in a fast‑paced CPG environment, serve as the critical link between demand, inventory, and suppliers to ensure product availability, manage risk and optimize cost and service levels. Key Responsibilities Lead supply planning and purchase/transfer order management Optimize inventory to prevent stockouts and excess Manage vendor performance and resolve supply issues Analyze forecasts, supply risks, and KPIs to drive improvements Develop planning tools, dashboards, and process enhancements Support cost‑reduction and continuous improvement initiatives What We Are Looking For Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field 5+ years of supply or production planning experience, preferably in a CPG environment Advanced Excel and ERP/inventory systems experience APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred Success Metrics Inventory turns and stockout rate (≤2%) PO accuracy and cycle time Forecast accuracy and on‑time delivery Cost savings achieved What You Can Expect Competitive Compensation SEP Program – 100% of the contribution towards eligible employee retirement Career Advancement, Profit Sharing and Training with exceptional and continued education #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
