Central Plant Computer System (CPCS) Maintenance and Technical Support

Overview

Guru Consulting Services LLC will provide qualified technical personnel to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational reliability of the Central Plant Computer System (CPCS). The services will focus on maintaining CPCS functionality, identifying and resolving system issues, supporting system operations, and ensuring that required maintenance activities are completed in accordance with the Government’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for the Central Plant Computer System (CPCS).
• Monitor system performance and identify potential hardware, software, communication, or operational issues.
• Troubleshoot CPCS problems and restore system functionality in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support for CPCS-related equipment, controls, interfaces, and associated system components.
• Respond to service requests and system failures within the required response time.
• Conduct system checks, diagnostics, testing, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, system issues, corrective actions, and completed work.
• Support system updates, configuration changes, and required technical adjustments.
• Coordinate with Government personnel regarding system status, maintenance requirements, and identified issues.
• Follow applicable cybersecurity, safety, quality-control, and facility procedures.
• Provide technical documentation and maintenance reports as required.
• Ensure continuity and reliability of CPCS operations throughout the period of performance.

Required Qualifications

The proposed personnel should have:

• Experience supporting computerized control, monitoring, automation, or plant-management systems.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and system troubleshooting.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Strong documentation and technical reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Government personnel.
• Ability to comply with applicable Government security, safety, and operational requirements.

Contractor Responsibilities

The contractor will be responsible for providing qualified personnel, technical expertise, maintenance support, troubleshooting, documentation, and other services necessary to maintain reliable CPCS operations in accordance with the solicitation requirements.

Period of Performance

The solicitation identifies option periods beginning September 1, 2031, through March 1, 2032 , including specified option line items. All work will be performed in accordance with the final contract and Government direction.
