You’ll perform preventative maintenance and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe, reliable condition. A willingness to advance and learn diagnostic skills. This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to become a Master Technician or move into shop leadership roles with continued training and experience. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on all makes and models Conduct services such as brakes, suspension, steering and HVAC Execute high‑quality repairs efficiently and accurately while following company procedures Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members regarding vehicle needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards Follow company policies and manufacturer guidelines for all work performed Schedule Full‑time position Monday through Friday, 8 to 5; Saturday 8 to 2; up to 48.5 hrs per week with availability for occasional weekends as needed. Day off approved with 2 weeks notice. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional automotive shop environment At least 1 ASE certification preferred (not required) Section 609 EPA Certification for automotive HVAC (required or must obtain within 6 months) Strong mechanical aptitude Must provide personal hand and specialty tools Valid TN driver’s license and clean driving record Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 lbs.
