Workforce Manager

Responsibilities Serve as the liaison between client managers, local office and contract employees, including regular attendance of client production and/or staff meetings. Maximize profitability by understanding client needs and providing quality contractors. Work at the client site to manage the temporary workforce. Assist with internal and client reporting as necessary. Utilize available Aerotek resources for conflict resolution. Perform various customer service related activities. Compensation Base salary: $54,000 - $58,000 per year, plus a performance‑based annual bonus potential of $2,000. Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Customer or sales focused experience. Experience in a team‑oriented environment.
