• Experience: Proven OB-GYN experience; IMLC providers considered with Quality Letter in hand

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide clinic coverage for obstetric and gynecologic patients
• Participate in overnight and weekend call rotations (1:4 schedule)
• Perform patient examinations, screenings, and follow-up care
• Assist with on-site lab, ultrasound, and non-stress testing (NST) procedures
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and ancillary staff
• Maintain compliance with fetal monitoring and PALS certification requirements
• Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records

What You Need:

• Active Arkansas medical license
• PALS and fetal monitoring certification (required)
• Prior OB-GYN clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred: Experience with IMLC providers, quality letter in hand
