What You'll Do

• Provide OB-GYN outpatient clinic care, including routine exams and follow-ups
• Manage overnight and weekend call coverage (1:4 schedule)
• Assist with in-house lab testing, ultrasound, and fetal monitoring procedures
• Respond to urgent OB needs during on-call hours outside clinic schedule
• Collaborate with NP colleagues and support staff to ensure excellent patient care
• Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols, including fetal monitoring standards
• Document all patient encounters thoroughly and accurately

What You Need

• Arkansas medical license and current PALS certification
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• At least 2 years of OB-GYN clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle both clinic and on-call duties efficiently
