State Farm Agent in Gainesville, GA is seeking an insurance agent team member actively licensed in P&C Property & Casualty Insurance to join our winning team for the role of Customer Relations Representative. We are a multi-cultural office seeking an energetic bilingual (Spanish-speaking) professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Bilingual Spanish is required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish and maintain customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Retain customers considering cancellation.
• Scheduling client meetings
• Managing office communication flow
• Work with the Agency team to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license (must have currently)
• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask
