Junior Project Manager

We are seeking an excellent communicator and highly motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various Scrum teams and their daily tasks within our organisation. The Junior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services. Key Responsibilities: 1- Scrum Team Management : 1-1 Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints. 1-2 Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines. 2- Risk Management: 2-1 Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 2-2 Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team. 3- Communication: 3-1 Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders. 3-2 Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals. 4- Continuous Improvement: 4-1 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 4-2 Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform. Qualifications: Must haves: 1-1 Fluency in both English and Chinese. 1-2 Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence. 1-3 Bachelor’s (or higher) degree. 1-4 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 1-5 Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
