Job Summary Experience the best office in the world teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests of all ages. Certified Ski or Snowboard Instructors will deliver quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing world‑class guest service in a safe and fun environment. Full‑time instructors may not be guaranteed a 40‑hour workweek; hours vary with business volume. Minimum age: 16 years or older Housing availability: No Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages and abilities Deliver world‑class guest service to all guests Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all ski school needs, including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, and fitting equipment Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers and riders Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Minimum PSIA/AASI Instructor Level 1 certification or ISIA equivalent and above Fluently communicate in English Comfortable working with guests of all ages, especially children aged 3 and older Willing to work weekends and holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements Placement contingent upon completing training and meeting minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards Vail Resorts is an equal‑opportunity employer.
