Product Delivery Specialist

A high-growth fintech infrastructure company we are partnered with is looking for a Product Delivery Specialist to join their New York City team. This company powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management, through developer-friendly APIs and direct network connections. The Role You'll own complex client implementations end to end, from requirements gathering and configuration through integration support and go-live, with a core focus on driving fast Time to Revenue and an exceptional customer experience. You'll work across customers, internal teams, and third-party partners simultaneously, launching new programs and building the foundation for long-term client relationships. This role blends customer-facing ownership with operational responsibility, giving you the opportunity to optimize workflows, coordinate across stakeholders, and deliver results at scale. What You'll Do Drive full-cycle client implementations, coordinating requirements, configurations, and integrations to deliver solutions on time Remove blockers, execute project plans, and push implementations forward with a strong bias toward action and outcomes Proactively identify customer challenges and risks, working cross-functionally to resolve them Execute and support technical deliverables and integrations with network and issuer partners Develop deep domain expertise and become a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal teams Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and serve as their go-to resource Become a platform expert capable of demonstrating and articulating capabilities with confidence What You Bring 3–5 years of experience in fintech, payments, card issuance, or financial services technology Proven track record in Program Management, Technical Implementations, Solutions Architecture, or a comparable customer-facing role Strong API fluency and comfort with technical concepts, you can translate between engineering and business stakeholders without losing either audience Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences Strong project and program management experience, you can manage multiple complex workstreams, identify risks early, and keep things moving A customer-first mindset with a track record of delivering exceptional experiences Startup or high-growth environment experience, you're comfortable with ambiguity and know how to drive results without a lot of hand-holding #J-18808-Ljbffr
