Carter’s My Plumber is hiring a Plumbing Apprentice — no experience required, $16–$18/hour to start, and 100% of your family’s health insurancecoveredfrom day one. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Ride along with and assist licensed Service Plumbers on residential calls across Indianapolis Help with plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations — water heaters, water lines, fixtures, and more Learn plumbing systems, tools, and diagnostic techniques hands‑on every day Develop the customer communication skills that make a great plumber Keep the service vehicle stocked, clean, and ready

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

No plumbing experience required — we train from zero Strong work ethic and a coachable attitude Reliable: on time, every day, ready to work Able to lift heavy equipment, bend, and stay on your feet Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Authorized to work in the United States

CAREER PATH

Plumbing Apprentice ($16–$18/hr) → Service Plumber ($52K–$150K/yr) → Senior Plumber → Leadership. We promote from within — the path is real and well-worn.
