Location New Haven, IN Employment Type Full-Time Compensation Salary based + Benefits + Bonus Incentives About the Role We are seeking an experienced Transportation Manager to oversee daily transportation operations, route planning, driver coordination, fleet maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring efficient deliveries, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage daily transportation operations and delivery schedules Plan and coordinate weekly delivery routes Handle driver call-offs and operational issues as they arise Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and food safety regulations Oversee vehicle maintenance and fleet performance Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to improve efficiency Monitor KPIs and implement operational improvements Lead, train, and support transportation team members Assist with budgeting and cost control initiatives Analyze operational performance and recommend process improvements Participate in bi-weekly meetings with company leadership Remain available for early morning operational communication when needed Qualifications 5+ years of transportation, logistics, or operations management experience CDL Class A or driving experience preferred Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Experience with routing/logistics software Knowledge of transportation regulations and warehouse operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience PTO and holiday pay Benefits package KPI/Performance-based bonus incentives Apply today to join a growing team focused on operational excellence and customer service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
