Our ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving performance, developing leaders, and delivering strong sales results across multiple locations. This individual is an exceptional communicator, a culture builder, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role with opportunity for professional growth. Multi-unit leadership experience is strongly preferred. Prior spa or membership-based sales experience is a plus. What You’ll Be Owning Lead and support multiple spa locations, ensuring exceptional client experiences across the region Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and ensure timely resolution Oversee and manage regional operations, including performance, staffing, and overall business health Drive spa sales performance and regional profitability through P&L ownership and analysis Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performing General Managers and spa leaders Coach, monitor, and hold teams accountable to performance goals and KPIs Support membership growth, sales strategy, and execution across all locations Partner with GMs to maximize appointment books and optimize staffing Execute marketing initiatives, grassroots efforts, and community outreach to drive traffic and brand awareness Support new spa openings, acquisitions, and integration of new locations Handle administrative responsibilities including reporting, payroll oversight, inventory, and operational expenses What You Bring to the Table 3-5+ years of leadership experience (multi-unit experience strongly preferred) Proven success driving sales and operational performance #J-18808-Ljbffr Hand & Stone Franchise Corp
