Columbia Community Mental Health (CCMH) is a nonprofit agency and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic that provides services to individuals with mental, addiction and developmental disabilities. Position: Clinical Director

Department: Integrated Community Support Services (ICSS)

Shift : Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary Range: $90,126.40 - $124,259.20 (annually). We use a bona fide factor system to determine starting wage (years of experience, education, credentials, and specialty skills that relate to the job requirements). There are 15 steps on the scale and offers are usually within the first couple of steps.

Position Requirements: Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or related field from an accredited college required. Licensure preferred-LCSW or LPC. Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.

Summary: The Clinical Director coordinates and oversees ICSS department operations and staff. This unique position oversees a dynamic and growing department that provides vital and lifesaving services to the people of Columbia County. Department programs include: 24-hour Mobile Crisis response, 24-hour Crisis Receiving Center, Peer Outreach and mobile harm reduction, forensic mental health services including Civil Commitment and Aid and Assist, short term emergency housing, and Exceptional Needs Care Coordination. These programs are community-facing, fast-paced, and often unpredictable. Outcomes are often immediate and gratifying! The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional with 5+ years of experience in behavioral health, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience. The Director utilizes sound clinical judgment to oversee delivery of client services and contracted programs, with a constant focus on safety, compliance, and satisfaction for clients, staff, and community stakeholders. The Clinical Director utilizes a variety of clinical and organizational tools and professional skills, with no day ever looking exactly the same.
