Overview The Recruiter will own the full recruitment lifecycle for revenue-generating positions including Territory Sales Executives, Sales Engineers, Regional Sales Managers, National Account Managers, Business Development Executives, Customer Success professionals, and sales leadership roles. This individual will proactively build talent pipelines, develop sourcing strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment process from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding. Recruit for a variety of sales positions ranging from individual contributors to leadership. Develop customized recruiting strategies based on market conditions and hiring priorities. Conduct structured phone interviews and competency-based candidate assessments. Present qualified candidates with detailed evaluation summaries and hiring recommendations. Talent Sourcing Develop proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, CRM databases, and industry associations. Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates. Build and maintain talent communities for future hiring needs. Attend career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences as appropriate. Consult with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles. Provide market intelligence including compensation trends, labor availability, and competitive hiring insights. Schedule interviews and facilitate timely hiring decisions. Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and selection techniques. Candidate Experience Deliver a professional, responsive, and engaging candidate experience. Maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process. Extend offers and negotiate compensation within established guidelines. Ensure smooth transitions from offer acceptance through onboarding. Recruitment Operations Maintain accurate applicant tracking within BambooHR and other recruiting platforms. Track recruiting KPIs including: Time-to-fill Time-to-submit Offer acceptance rate Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations. Employer Branding Promote WCCTV's employer value proposition across social media and recruiting platforms. Partner with Marketing to enhance recruiting campaigns. Develop compelling job advertisements and recruiting content. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Minimum 1 year recruiting sales professionals. Experience recruiting: Territory Sales Executives Account Managers Business Development professionals Sales Engineers (preferred) Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Experience recruiting field-based sales organizations. Experience with BambooHR. Experience using recruiting analytics and workforce market intelligence.
