Residential Youth Counselor
Northeast Center for Youth and Families
Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. is hiring Residential Counselors to work in our Springfield, MA program. You will support youth in therapeutic group homes, implement treatment plans, and model daily living activities with structure and routine. Full-time schedules are available. A strong candidate will have trauma-informed care knowledge, effective communication with families, schools, and community partners, and the ability to assess and respond to situations with initiative. #J-18808-Ljbffr
