Senior FP&A Manager

We're partnering with a well-established industry leader seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis efforts for a large business unit. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance leader who enjoys building high-performing teams, partnering with operations, and providing meaningful insights that impact business decisions. What You'll Be Doing: Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis initiatives Manage and develop a team of FP&A professionals while driving accountability and performance Present financial recommendations and investment analyses to senior leadership Build and enhance forecasting models, identify business risks, and uncover growth opportunities Partner with operational leaders on budgeting, reporting, and strategic decision-making Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting processes and analytics Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations What We're Looking For: 8+ years of progressive FP&A, finance, or corporate finance experience 3+ years of people leadership experience Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling Experience working in a complex, multi-entity, or large-scale corporate environment Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP/EPM systems such as SAP, Hyperion, or similar platforms Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field Why This Opportunity?
