Manager of Accounting

Manager of Accounting Pay $120-130k annually depending on experience (possible flex) Location West St. Paul, Minnesota Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands‑on Manager of Accounting to oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for leading the accounting team, managing the month‑end close process, driving process improvements, and partnering with cross‑functional teams to support the business. Key Responsibilities Lead the accounting team, including general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes Prepare and review financial statements and ensure GAAP compliance Support internal and external audits Drive ERP optimization, automation, and continuous process improvements Partner with FP&A, operations, and leadership on financial initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years of leadership experience Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Jobscope, or similar) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Benefits Global organization with an innovative, collaborative culture Career growth and professional development opportunities Competitive benefits including 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, paid holidays, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr
