As a Leader In-Training, you will work closely with our Operators and leadership team to innovate new strategies, develop leaders, and uphold our high standards of hospitality.

Role:

Utilize schedule templates and line-up for operational strategy
Communicate and lead shift teams with care and confidence
Oversee financial systems with accuracy and accountability
Coach and celebrate hospitality leadership behaviors
Facilitate external communication and catering orders
Collaborate with Training Director to make sure new team members get proper training
