Temporary Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and professional Temporary Receptionist to provide front desk support for a two-week assignment. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and helping maintain organized and stocked common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Greet and assist visitors and guests.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
- Keep kitchen and break areas organized and stocked with coffee and related supplies.
- Provide general administrative and office support as needed.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and organized.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
