Ensure compliance with DEA and FDA regulations while developing strategies for regulated product lines. Report to executive leadership, contributing to strategic planning and organizational growth objectives.Product Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for flagship software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept through optimization, ensuring high-quality releases and enhancements. Collaborate with Scrum development teams to prioritize backlogs and drive product innovation and usability improvements. Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development processes effectively. Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform pricing strategies and product positioning. Partner with sales and finance teams to align pricing models with revenue and growth targets. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, establishing best practices and governance frameworks for product management. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards, across product offerings and strategies.Product Manager Job Requirements Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, including leadership roles with direct reports. Proven expertise in managing SaaS or software platforms, preferably within healthcare or medical office environments. Strong background in developing and executing pricing strategies and models aligned with organizational growth objectives. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards, such as HIPAA, and experience with regulated product lines. Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders effectively. Data-driven decision-making skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in medical office management, practice management, or healthcare IT systems is preferred.
