As we continue to grow, we are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient team with a focus on Primary Care and Endocrinology or Sleep & Allergy. Position Summary The ideal candidate will provide full-spectrum primary and preventative care with a focus on chronic disease management, particularly for patients with diabetes and endocrine disorders. The role includes medication management, ongoing monitoring, and coordination of care with our internal team and external specialists. You will build expertise in managing complex endocrine patients while delivering general primary care in a supportive, team-based environment.
