Axis Auto Group is hiring BDC / Customer Communications Representatives to support Axis Chevrolet and Axis Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Jersey City, NJ. If you are confident on the phone, write clearly, and follow through, we want to hear from you.

PAY, BENEFITS AND SCHEDULE

- $18 per hour base pay.

- $15 per appointment show and $40 per sale.

- Health insurance and 401(k).

- Full-time, on-site in Jersey City. Saturdays required.

This is a customer communication and appointment-setting role, not a showroom sales position. You will help customers take the next step and make sure every inquiry gets a timely, professional response.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Respond to incoming sales inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat.

- Follow up with internet leads and customers who have not yet purchased.

- Set, confirm, and reschedule showroom appointments; follow up on missed appointments.

- Ask helpful questions, answer accurately, and coordinate with the sales team on vehicle availability and next steps.

- Keep complete, accurate notes and follow-up tasks in VinSolutions and customer communication tools.

- Work toward response-time, contact, appointment, and show-rate goals.

- Follow dealership communication procedures and respect customer contact preferences.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Clear, professional phone skills and strong written communication.

- Consistent follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.

- Comfort handling multiple conversations and using CRM software.

- Dealership BDC experience preferred; customer service, call-center, or appointment-setting experience also welcome.

- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
