Early Talent Recruiter

Support recruiting efforts for Huron’s Early Talent & Corporate Recruitment teams Partner with a Recruiting Lead and TA teammates on recruiting plans and day-to-day hiring activities Help manage multiple open roles by tracking progress, updating stakeholders, and flagging risks or delays Prepare candidate updates, interview schedules, and hiring status reports Conduct initial resume reviews and screen candidates for basic qualifications and role alignment Support outreach efforts and maintain timely, professional candidate communication Help ensure a positive, organized candidate experience throughout the interview process Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams Escalate questions or issues appropriately to ensure alignment and candidate care Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Communications, Psychology, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, campus recruiting, recruitment coordination, or a customer-facing role; internships welcome Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working in a collaborative, team-based environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Chicago location preferred Authorization to work in the U.S. Experience using CoPilot, Claude, or ChatGPT is beneficial Familiarity with ATS tools or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus but not required Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities while supporting recruiting efforts and managing candidate experiences.
