We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team as we aim to double the size of our team this year. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment process, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring we attract top talent across both technical and nontechnical roles. The ideal candidate will have a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ), possess a strong sense of ownership, and demonstrate the ability to move with urgency.We operate as a lean team, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and passionate about growing teams remotely. Manage candidates through the entire interview process (sourcing, updating candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, setting expectations, etc.) Act as a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
Enhance referral programs to maximize the number of network-based referrals.
Gather feedback from candidates and make data-driven improvements to the recruitment process including employer branding initiatives.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in all recruitment activities.

Proven experience as a recruiter, with a track record of success in sourcing and hiring top talent across GTM and EPD roles.
Previous experience recruiting and scaling an early-stage team.
High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to act as a trusted partner and advisor.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
