Bilingual HR & Case Coordinator — Healthcare (Sacramento)

UnityABA is seeking a HR Coordinator / Case Coordinator to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities Recruitment & HR Support Assist with HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel files Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations Conduct interviews based on regional staffing needs Support employee relations and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to staff Case Coordination Manage caseload assignments in collaboration with supervisors and clinical teams Coordinate schedules between families and providers to ensure consistent services Monitor staff transitions and provide scheduling support Serve as a liaison between providers and administrative staff Ensure case documentation is accurate, complete, and current Address and resolve scheduling or coverage gaps in a timely manner Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, case coordination, scheduling, or administration Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Knowledge of California labor laws and HIPAA compliance preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling software Bilingual (Spanish/English) required Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment What We Offer Competitive pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience) Part-Time with opportunity to transition to Full-time role, 25-40 hours per week Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program A supportive team environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and families Additional Information Location: Sacramento, CA 95821 (in-person role) Must be able to reliably commute or relocate prior to starting Education: High school or equivalent (required) Experience: 2+ years in human resources (required) Language: Spanish (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr UnityABA
