Assistant Manager

Assistant General ManagerAre you passionate about the restaurant industry and ready to take your career to the next level? Big Burger Spot in Kernersville is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Assistant General Manager to help lead our team to success!What You'll Do:Support Leadership: Collaborate with the General Manager to develop strategies that boost customer satisfaction and drive sales.Financial Oversight: Monitor key financial metrics like labor costs and cost of goods to ensure profitability.Team Development: Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising our amazing staff.Inventory Management: Ensure freshness and proper food rotation, and assist with ordering supplies.Maintain Standards: Uphold high standards of cleanliness and appearance in the restaurant.Health & Safety: Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations.Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.Operational Excellence: Ensure workstations are set up correctly, inventory levels are maintained, and recipes are followed.Food Expediting: Expedite food orders to ensure timely service.Menu Planning: Assist with menu planning and development.Leadership: Act as the General Manager in their absence and perform opening and/or closing duties as needed.What We're Looking For:Experience: At least 2 years of experience in restaurant operations is required.
