Oncology Scientific Director

To support the development of impactful medical communications, the remote Scientific Director - Oncology will manage the planning, development, and oversight of scientific content for assigned accounts, focusing on various therapeutic areas including Oncology. Key responsibilities Collaborate with the Group Scientific Director to provide strategic medical communication recommendations that align with brand goals Independently lead content development activities and supervise Associate Scientific Directors Liaise with in-house and freelance staff to manage writing and content-related tasks, including conducting background research and data-checking Required qualifications An advanced degree in science is required Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with promotional medical education content Experience with oncology, particularly in solid tumors such as lung cancers, is required Familiarity with professional medical editorial processes and ethical guidelines Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
