To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site: Description:****POSITION SUMMARY:**This individual is responsible for marketing Retail merchandise to guests and stocking the retail area.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:***(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position)** Markets retail merchandise to guests.* Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods.* Perform cash and/or credit transactions with guests.* Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures-including precheck and cashiering procedures.* Ensures guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines* Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.* Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned**NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*** Attend seminars when needed.**EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:***(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis)*High School diploma or equivalent required. Cashiering/money handling experience in making accurate change in a fast-paced environment or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):*** Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission.* Must successfully pass background check.* Must successfully pass drug screening.* Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.* Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours.* Prior experience in the Gaming industry strongly required.**KNOWLEDGE OF:*** Pertinent federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations.* Hard Rock operations.**ABILITY TO:*** Deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable entertainment experience.* Present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while being able to project a professional appearance.* Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.* Interpret and explain policies and procedures.* Consistently communicate effectively with guests, as well as all levels of team members.* Inspect and maintain areas for which responsible.
