Our resort fosters a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth, providing team members with opportunities to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.What You Will Have the Opportunity to DoGuest Experience & Service ExcellenceLead and oversee daily Front Desk operations to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality guest experienceAct as a visible leader in the lobby, actively engaging with guests and resolving concerns in real timeManage guest escalations and service recovery efforts in alignment with OKANA and Pyramid Global Hospitality standardsEnsure adherence to brand standards, resort policies, and guest service expectationsLeadership & Team DevelopmentRecruit, train, coach, and develop Front Desk team members to deliver consistent service excellenceFoster a “People First” culture that emphasizes engagement, accountability, and recognitionPartner with Human Resources on performance management, coaching, and documentationDevelop and manage schedules to meet business demands while maintaining labor efficiencyOperational & Financial OversightOversee cash handling, shift balancing, and audit compliance processesEnsure accuracy of room inventory, reservations, arrivals/departures, and guest profilesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including guest satisfaction, upselling, and service recovery trendsCollaborate with Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure operational alignmentUphold safety, security, and compliance standards across all Front Desk operationsCollaboration & CommunicationPartner closely with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and accurate status updatesCoordinate with Sales and Events teams for group arrivals, VIP guests, and special accommodationsMaintain communication with Security regarding guest safety and incident responseProvide regular updates to leadership regarding operational performance, risks, and opportunitiesQualificationsRequired:3–5 years of Front Office leadership experience in a hotel or resort environmentWorking knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS); Opera experience preferredStrong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred:Resort or luxury hospitality experienceExperience in high-volume, multi-outlet environmentsFamiliarity with Pyramid Global Hospitality systems and standardsCore Competencies (OKANA “Game Changer” Behaviors)People FirstLeads with respect, inclusivity, and a focus on curator engagement and developmentIntegrityDemonstrates accountability, professionalism, and sound judgmentExcellenceDrives high service standards and continuous improvementLeadership & CommunicationBuilds trust, fosters teamwork, and communicates effectively across all levelsPhysical & Work RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds occasionallyAbility to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environmentWhy Join OKANA & Pyramid Global Hospitality?At OKANA, we are committed to creating an engaging and supportive workplace where our curators can grow and succeed.
