- Puestos pagados por hora dependiendo de la educacin y experiencia del postulante. Classroom Leads/Maestras $20-$23 hourly and Asistentes and Aides/Auxiliares $17-$19 hourly
- OT para puestos pagados por hora ("Overtime" - sueldo por hora x 1.5 por horas trabajadas pasando 40 horas en una semana)

- Apoyar a nuestra misin y visin para crear una comunidad cariosa y divertida de educadores y familias para compartir nuestro amor de nios, idioma y aprendizaje
- Mantener relaciones positivas con las familias.
- Experiencia y educacin en el mbito de Educacin Temprana determinar nivel de calificacin como maestra/o.
- Poseer fluidez en espaol obligatorio e ingls preferido.
- Tener excelente habilidades de organizacin, comunicacin y resolucin de problemas.
- Trabajar en equipo y profesionalmente.
- Observar estndares altos de asistencia y comportamiento profesional.
- Tener una actitud positiva, entusiasta y dedicada para trabajar con nios y sus familias.
- Participar en orientacin y entrenamiento, otros entrenamientos profesionales requeridos
- Pasar la evaluacin criminal del estado y tener autorizacin legal para trabajar en los EEUU.
- Proveer prueba de vacunas que son requeridos por el departamento de salud para nios en centros (Rotavirus, Flu anual, y COVID-19 vacunas son recomendadas).
- Habilidad fsica para poder cuidar a nios de edades 0-5 y levantar hasta 30 libras.
