We are seeking a dedicated Dietary Manager to direct, evaluate, and monitor dietary staff while ensuring compliance with nutritional standards and facility regulations . The Dietary Manager will oversee daily kitchen operations, staff management, and meal service quality to ensure a superior dining experience for residents.

Dietary Manager Requirements:

• Previous long-term care experience
• Prior management experience in food service or healthcare settings

As a Dietary Manager, you will:

• Oversee day-to-day operations within the dietary department, ensuring efficiency and compliance with food safety regulations
• Manage food service employees , including scheduling, hiring, and performance management
• Prepare meals in accordance with planned menus , ensuring only authorized food substitutes are used
• Follow standardized recipes and special diet orders to meet residents' dietary needs
• Review resident care plans to ensure nutritional requirements are being met
• Provide nutrition counseling with support from a registered dietitian
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth facility operations
