Quality Assurance Associate

Perform quality reviews of insurance-information updates for Data Entry or Loss Drafts Compare document-image information with updates in IIM or the Loss Drafts module and the client servicing system Ensure information is updated accurately according to client specifications Compile and document discrepancies for training and trend analysis Identify error trends within processes and report them to leadership Ensure procedures support accurate updates and production metrics Perform additional duties as necessary Requirements High School Diploma; or equivalent work experience helpful Strong organizational and analytical skills Proficient in Windows based environment, specifically Word, Excel, and Access Quality/Production must meet or exceed standards Attendance, professionalism and a positive attitude must be maintained Quality, insurance and claims experience helpful Mortgage servicing, customer service, data entry experience a plus Clear understanding of all processes and various servicing platforms Understanding of the client’s business rules Understanding of insurance documents and the lender placed process Understanding of the Loss Draft process Ability to prioritize workflow and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform repetitive keyboard, mouse, and telephone use 7–8 hours per day Ability to sit at a desk 7–8 hours per day Speech, hearing, and vision sufficient for required communication and computer-monitor use Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and analytical skills to ensure accurate updates and quality reviews in insurance information management.
