Remote / Hybrid AI & Solutions Engineering Full-time Role Overview The Customer Product Manager is responsible for ensuring Tactical Edge's products and AI solutions solve real customer problems. The role works closely with customers, delivery teams, engineers, and AI specialists to define requirements, prioritize work, and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value in production environments.
